Books by Tracey

These books were born from a simple belief: women deserve better conversations about midlife and menopause.

For too long, menopause has been misunderstood, minimized, or left out of the conversations that shape our lives, our relationships, and our workplaces. Each of these books explores a different part of that story.

Together, they reflect my commitment to helping women, the people who love them, and the workplaces that depend on them navigate this season with greater understanding, connection, and support.

The Little Book of Menopause: A Hygge Approach to Finding Comfort in Change

Pre-Order Now Available

When I got to the other side of my own menopause journey, one question stayed with me.

Why does it have to be so hard?

Not just physically. But emotionally. In the body. In the relationship with yourself. There was so much information available about what menopause is — the biology, the symptoms, the hormone shifts. But almost nothing about how to actually find comfort in it. How to stop pushing against it. How to come home to yourself in the middle of this profound season of change.

So I started writing. And it turned into another version of so many other menopause book. So I parked it.

And then one day I picked up The Little Book of Hygge — and by chapter four, everything clicked. The Danish philosophy of hygge is about warmth, comfort, slowing down, being with yourself and others without striving or performing or pushing. And I thought — why can’t we bring hygge into the menopause journey?

That’s the book I wrote. A cozy companion for women in every season of menopause, and I can’t wait to share it with you!

The Little Book of Menopause is currently available for pre-order here, and will be available in bookstores and on Amazon later this year.

The Little Book of Menopause: A Gentleman’s Guide

Currently moving through the publication process.

Menopause happens in a woman’s body. But it doesn’t happen in isolation. It’s experienced through her relationships too. Husbands, partners, sons, brothers, fathers, friends, and colleagues often want to support but don’t know where to begin.

This book exists because of my own relationship, and what I learned throughout my menopause journey about what it means to navigate menopause as a couple.

A Gentleman’s Guide was written to build understanding, strengthen relationships, and create more supportive conversations.
