About Tracey
Midlife has a way of asking us questions we never expected.
Questions about who we are, what matters most, and how we want to live life in midlife.
My own journey through menopause showed me that this season is about far more than changing hormones. It can affect how we feel in our bodies, how we relate to the people around us, and how connected we feel to the woman we have become.
It can also invite us to pause.
To notice what no longer fits. To become more honest about what we need. To reconsider the roles we have accumulated, the expectations we have carried, and what we want the next season of our lives to feel like.
That is the heart of my work.
I am a certified menopause coach, author, educator, and speaker, helping women find comfort, clarity, confidence, and connection as they navigate menopause and the seasons of change that accompany it.
My approach is warm, practical, and grounded in both professional experience and lived understanding. I am not here to tell women who they should become or suggest that midlife requires an entirely new version of themselves. I believe the woman who arrives at midlife is not a rough draft.
Sometimes, what we need is the space and support to reconnect with ourselves, recognize what is already there, and move forward with greater understanding and intention.
Before this chapter of my work, I spent the better part of two decades in education as a teacher, counsellor, vice-principal, and assistant superintendent. Although the roles changed, one thing remained constant: my commitment to helping people feel understood, supported, and more able to find their way through periods of change and growth.
Today, I bring that same commitment to women through my writing, speaking, and coaching. I create space for honest conversations about menopause, aging, identity, relationships, and the many extraordinarily ordinary experiences that connect us as women.
I am the author of The Little Book of Menopause: A Hygge Approach to Finding Comfort in Change, a gentle companion for women seeking greater comfort and care through menopause.
The book is now available to pre-order here on my website!
When I am not writing, speaking, coaching, or working on my next book, you will usually find me walking with my Australian Shepherd, Meeko, spending time in nature, or following an idea that has made me look at life in midlife a little differently.
Wherever you are in your own midlife journey, I hope you will find something here that helps you feel seen, supported, and curious about the possibilities waiting for you in this next chapter.
I am so glad you found your way here.
