Why Give a Little Book?
When I first began writing The Little Book of Menopause: A Hygge Approach to Finding Comfort in Change, I hoped it would become a source of comfort, understanding, and support for women navigating menopause and life’s seasons of change.
Give a Little Book began when a former teacher and mentor offered to sponsor two copies so they could be placed into the hands of women who might not otherwise have access to one.
That simple act of generosity sparked an idea.
Through Give a Little Book, individuals, families, businesses, and organizations can sponsor one copy or several. I will then work with trusted organizations and community partners to help the books find their way to women who may need them.
For every 10 books sponsored, I will personally add one more.
One person writes the book. Another gives a copy. Another helps place it into a woman’s hands. Another reads it. The book travels farther because each person helps it find its way.

How It Works
Choose how many copies you would like to sponsor.
Sponsored books will be placed through trusted organizations, community partners, clinics, libraries, support services, and other groups helping women navigate menopause and life’s seasons of change.
For every 10 books sponsored, I will personally add one more.
The preferred payment method is e-transfer or bank transfer, which helps me keep sponsored books separate from regular book pre-orders. Please email me to receive the payment details for your country.
Credit card payment is also available below for anyone who prefers to pay by credit card.
